Payment Terms
All fees are due in advance according to your selected billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
Service Level Agreement
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by CloudEnginx and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudEnginx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
